Instant On Cloud Portal 3.3.5 brings a set of focused updates to help simplify day-to-day management. This release adds better WAN visibility, expands policy controls, improves IP reservation workflows, and makes troubleshooting a little clearer for admins managing Instant On deployments.

Better WAN visibility

One of the biggest additions to Cloud Portal 3.3.5 is the updated WAN dashboard experience. Admins can now view WAN uptime and total usage over the last 24 hours, making it easier to spot recurring issues and understand traffic patterns over time. Historical data is shown in 10-minute intervals, giving a clearer view of how each WAN link performed throughout the day.

Expanded policy controls

Policy creation is more flexible in 3.3.5. Scheduled enable and disable policies can now be applied to wired and VPN networks in addition to wireless networks. The network selection experience has also been improved, making it easier to choose all or specific wired, wireless, or VPN networks during setup.

Broader AI policy support

The AI assistant for policy creation is now available across all site types, not just sites with an Instant On Secure Gateway installed. That includes switch-only and access point-only deployments, giving more users access to guided policy creation for scheduled network enablement and traffic control.

Simplified IP reservation

IP reservation has been streamlined in this release. Admins can now reserve an IP address for a device by MAC address before the device connects to the network. The updated workflow also more clearly separates clients, devices, and MAC-based entries, reducing friction during setup.

Clearer troubleshooting and power alerts

This release also improves troubleshooting visibility in the portal. The dashboard now makes a clearer distinction between device uptime and online status, helping admins quickly understand whether they are looking at a connectivity issue or a device reboot. Power monitoring is also more actionable, with new high-capacity and capacity-exceeded alerts for PoE devices and support for mobile and email notifications.

Instant On Cloud Portal updates will begin rolling out the week of May 25th and will be applied to sites during the default or assigned upgrade window.
