Hi ,
I'm guessing you are using Local Management for your 1930 - if so, the following might help.
1) Create a config backup, using the steps in Chapter 14 of https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/InstantOn_1930_Switch/1930_Management_and_Config_Guide.pdf
2) Perform a factory reset of your 1930, to eliminate any config/firmware problems ( see chapter 14 of the guide for the steps),.
3) After the reset, try setting up the trunk port with the same untagged & tagged VLANs & see if the config is still lost after reboots.
3a) If the config is lost , I'd suggest opening a case with Aruba / HPe.
3b) If the config persists, then try restoring the backup and see if the problem still occurs after rebooting.
