    Hi

    I have an AP-615-RW which I would like to use for surveying.

    I don't have a licensed controller, so .....

    Would it be possible - via the CLI - to download Aruba-Instant-8.11.0.0 code to it and run it as an Instant AP?

    Hi Chris.

    You can. For details revert to Airheads Wireless community. There you will find instructions how to do it. With a console cable (orange one) you'll have more control, but normal Factory Reset should also provide what you need.
