    Hey Bruce,

I would like to assist you, but I want to make sure I understand your concern. Are you concerned that after you reboot, the system is forcing you to log in again? Please confirm if I understand or if you're having a different issue.

After selecting local management, the switch local web GUI appears. Please use the username as admin without any password and you should be able to log in.

As soon as you log in, you will be asked to change the username and password. I hope this is what you're looking for; if not, please let me know.
