I'm experiencing the same issue the same issue with my 1930 24p Gigabit CL4 PoE 4p SFP+. IGMP snooping is enabled but still multicast overload occurs causing the KPN IPTV boxes to lag and freeze.
Did you manage to fix the issue or find a workaround? Possibly from the HPE IO support team?

I have a "Aruba 1930 Instant on 48G 4SFP+" with software version 2.8.0. IGMP Snooping is enabled but the switch is still flooding multicast.
Any suggestion what to do or test?
My setup is this
I created vlan for iptv the. Connected TRIAX STATION (IPTV) to my switch 1930 yet still nothing work even after enable igmp snooping
