Hello there
We have several 1930 Switches mostly 48G POE and 2 24G Poe and 8 1830 8g Switches (these arent connected at the moment). All are Cloud managed
At the moment i have a problem with a 48G POE and with one 24 G POE Switches
Both Switches seem to be offline but both are working fine and all connected devices are working fine. Both are also pingable
The Cloud LED of the 48G POE is always green (that indicates its online) but not in the portal, the 24 G PoE Cloud LED is flashing Green all the time.
All other connected switches are online and seem to be "GOOD" in the management portal
Could this be a problem on the instant on site or on our side? (Internet is working without any problems an also the VLANs are working fine, there are absolutely no complaints)
Should i give it a try and power off/on. bevause i've read that a reboot could worsen this situation?(it's only possible on the weekend when nobodys working) is the config stored if there is no connection to the Cloud Portal? And how long?
What else could i do?
