We have several Aruba Instant on 1930 switches. Most of them are 48G POE, 2 24G POE and a few 1830 8 Port (the 8 Ports aren't connected at the moment)
1 of the 48G shows offline in the Aruba Portal but the Cloud LED is always on and one of the 24G also seems to be offline in the portal but both switches are pingable und all connected devices are working without any problems.
All other switches are online without any problems in the portal. Internet also works fine without any problems
Any idea what i can do? is it an Aruba problem or a problem on our side?
I've read that rebooting can also worsen this problem (rebooting would be possible on the weekend when nobodys working:) ) is a power off/on so bad as it is described? How long is the actual config stored without connection to the cloud portal?
