    Hi,

I connected a new AP to port 37 and got an "Internal hardware error" message on that port and it didn't work, but other ports continued to deliver POE. After rebooting the switch: all POE ports are in error and "Internal hardware error" is displayed on all POE ports. I tried removing all POE devices and reboot but it didn't help.

    POE fault
    fw version: 2.7.0.103

This is the second switch that has stopped POE delivery. Has anyone experienced this problem?

    Hi Tamas,

We would request to contact support so that they can better help to triage the issue. Also, what is the PSE device connected to this switch port? Is it Instant On AP or 3rd party AP? https://www.arubainstanton.com/contact-support/

    Hi,

It's 3rd party AP (Unifi). I'll contact to support.

    Best Regards,

    Tamas

I had a 24 port where POE completely died (POE LED orange) after the upgrade the other night.  I had to swap one in temporarily.  I hope to have a fruitful discussion with support next week.
