Instant On - Wired

In my company we are using Aruba 1930 switches for interconnection of some offices using SFP+ 10G HPE and third party brands.

There is not problem in service, no packet loss, but we need to monitor via SNMP and Troubleshooting (via Local Portal) Optical signal power (Tx power and Rx Power) in order to discard attenuation in external network, but it is confirmed by ArubaHPE support that this resource is not available, we thought that Aruba has to implement this resource in future firmware/software.

Help me to push this to Aruba HQ or RND
