Hello Aruba Community
I have a question relation to setting up multiple SSID's with Multiple Vlan's
The current scenario is as follows;
Aruba 7010 controller
Port 0 - Company SSID (hidden) on default VLAN 1 connected to VLAN1 port on Core (L3) switch
Port 1 - Guest SSID (not hidden) on VLAN2 connected to port on Firewall
So far no problems all working as expected
There is now a requirement for another separate SSID for a group of PC's on a different IP range compared to VLAN1
The PC's are all wireless PC's (factory environment)
A new VLAN10 has been created on the controller and assigned to Port 2
A new SSID has been created on the 7010 controller and assigned to Port 2
A new VLAN 10 has been created on the Core Switch
So far no problem,
However as soon as I connect port 2 (vlan 10) of the Aruba 7010 controller to the Core switch (vlan 10 port) I loose connectivity to the 7010 controller (no longer able to Ping) and all Wireless stops functioning. :-(
I have setup this scenario with many wireless controllers in the past and never had a problem.
I must admit I'm not an except on the Aruba 7010 controller and most likely have overlooked something but have not been able to find the problem.
Any assistance to point me in the right direction will be appreciated.
