Is the 1960 Switch being managed via local Web GUI or cloud-managed?
If it's cloud-managed, the portal will allow you to login in 5 minutes. If it's locally managed, please retry after a switch reboot.

Hi all,
We recently had the administrator account on one of our Aruba Instant-ON 1960 stacks get locked out due to too many failed login attempts. I have been looking at the configuration guide for this device and have seen nothing to resolve this issue other than having a second admin account on the device to manually unlock it. We only have one account on the device. Is there a grace period in which the account will unlock after? Factory resetting the switch stack is not desirable as they are already in production.
