    Hi, how to create RMA via email (not from web portal)?

    What is the HPE email that I can send to create RMA for Aruba Instant On 1930 8G 2SFP 124W Switch JL681A?

    Hi Lim.

    This really depend on your support contract (if any) and region/country. There is no universal email address to request RMS service.

    If you have a support contract/support pack for your equipment, then you should receive a Welcome Letter when support was started and you should find all relevant information in this welcome letter.

    Hi @gorazd,

    I am from Indonesia. My corporate does not have official corporate email address, and I can't create RMA from https://networkingsupport.hpe.com/ that requires corporate email.

    Please help with this, I hope HP does not make things complicated for their customers.

    For Indonesia you can just call Indonesian call center and open the case via phone.

    This phone number is from official HPE support site at https://www.arubainstanton.com/contact-support/#contact

    Your other option is to use Chat and talk with robot or support agent. He/She can open RMA for you.

    You can find Chat icon on support page.
