    Hi there,

due to several connection failures with my ISP recently, certainly, my site went offline couple of times during the last few days (LED turned amber). To my surprise there was no mail that the site is offline and/or "some devices cannot be reached". However, mail for informing about a new software release came through.

I checked the settings on the portal and all notifications (literally all) are checked. Device are all of type AP11.

Is there any intended delay in delivering the mail _after_ LED is turning amber  -or is it a bug? Should it trigger the very same moment the LED turns amber?

    Thanks a lot!

    Cheers,
    Bernd

Could it be your site is in (the newly available) Maintenance Mode?
This would fit to what you describe.

Thanks for your quick reply. No, it is not the maintenance mode.

I tried it by switching off the router. It takes one minute for the LED to turn amber and three minutes from that to get the mail that the site is offline.

That explains why the short outages of the ISP were not alarmed via mail but only visible in the portal. The outages were too short.
