Can you please share the screenshot of the error.
To change guest portal settings,
logon to the portal or app and click on networks.
Select the Wi-Fi network for which the guest portal has to be changed
click on customize guest portal option and you are allowed to change the guest portal options.

Hi Folks,
I have a series of AP11s across three sites that are all experiencing the same issue. The previous admin had setup a guest portal and it has stopped working for some reason. I've gone in and tried to change the settings to internal or external but I cannot change anything. It produces an error saying something went wrong.
Is there a way to reset the guest portal?
