Instant On - Wireless

Hi,

I own an AP22 wireless AP, and have Shelly devices (wifi 2.4). The problem is that the ones that run on battery drain the battery in days instead of months. I switched them to use the integrated Wifi AP of my ISP router, then the battery consumption is normal.

I contacted Shelly support and they told me that "there is an incompatibility between my Wireless AP and the Wifi chip of the devices"

Can you help me to solve this?

There may be a couple items to check:
- is the SSID that the Shelly devices connect to a combined (2.4 & 5GHz) SSID? If so, some IoT devices freak out and exhibit strange behaviour. I recommend creating an SSID that is 2.4GHz only.
- After creating a 2.4 Only SSID (or if you have one presently), disable "WiFi-6" and "Optimize for Video Streaming" (screenshot attached)
