Hello community,

I am having trouble locating the Remote Syslog configuration in the Aruba Instant On Cloud Portal.

My current setup has several Aruba Instant On 1930 24G PoE (JL684A) switches. I am managing them via the Cloud Portal, but I cannot find the option to point them to an external Syslog server.

What I've checked so far:

Device Level: Under Networking Tools, I only see Port Mirroring, Connectivity Tests, and Cable Tests.

Site Level: Under Site Management, I only see Identification, Management Accounts, Software, and Support.

Health/Alerts: I looked for a settings gear icon within the Health/Integrity dashboard but couldn't find the Syslog server field.

I've read in some forums that this is possible via the Cloud Portal, but it's not showing up for me.

Questions:

Is Remote Syslog supported for the 1930 series when managed via Cloud, or is it exclusive to Local Management mode?

If it is supported in Cloud, where exactly is the menu located in the current UI version?

Any help or screenshots would be greatly appreciated!
