Subject: Nearly no network connection after Update to 3.0.0
In a newly deployed network, with a 1830 24G 12p Class 4 PoE 2SFP 195W + 6 AP22 switch we are having many connection problems running on 3.0.0.1
At 5ghz the network works, although it causes certain problems with roaming between APs
In 2.4ghz there are continuous disconnections, and the transfer rate drops to 0.01mb/s or is cut off after a few seconds.
It is impossible to use on Android and Apple clients. In Windows client it works better, but it is not fluid.
I've tried isolating each item, restarting, deleting and adding again...nothing works. It is clear that it is a software problem, since the problem is reproduced in the different APs even when they are isolated.

Same here, 3.0.0.1 on all APs, and iOS devices were non-functional this morning.

Hey Instant On Support, we still have these issues with 3.0.0.1!! Almost every day we have an outage, only restarting ALL access points helps. But that takes the whole company to a downtime of 15 minutes...
Please fix this issue or help us with a solution!

I still have the same issues, even all devices are running 3.0.0.1 .

@TeWe, yes I've seen that. And yes, all AP's are running 3.0.0.1. But unfortunately it did not solve my issue(s).

@hoeflake Did you notice that a fix has been released a few days ago with version 3.0.0.1?
v3.0.0.1 Changelog
Make sure your devices are running on this version.

A fix need to be released ASAP. The more users in the office the faster problems occur. After a restart of all Aruba devices, things will work again... for a while.

According to HPE Support there will be a 3.1.0 update available this week.
Hopefully all those problems should be gone then.

Same here, lots of complaints from the family. I upgraded last weekend and since then all Apple mobile devices (iPhones and iPads) are regularly losing connection and then end up showing the password is incorrect when reconnecting. MacBooks are ok so far. Some other non-Apple devices also seem to have intermittent issues.
A restart of the Apple devices works temporarily, but switching the private address on or off does the trick as well. At least it's somewhat less annoying.
Amazing that there is no downgrade option or a way to manually install older firmware. I only recently replace my old network devices by Instant On as I wanted something simpler, but I'm starting to regret that now as I've never seen issues like this with the other brand.
This needs a resolution or workaround asap.

I updated to Version 3.0.0 today.
After the update everything seemed to be fine for a short while.
A few seconds later I did have nearly nor network connection.
All Instant On Devices are sporadically Online and Offline.
Within my Internal Network I don't have a Network Connection at all and can't reach the Devices or the Router.
I'm using Switches and APs from Instant On.
When I restart my Main Switch, everything seems to be working fine for a few seconds. After that the issues start again.
Support told me that this was already reporter to Engineering at it is a Problem with the Server.
Anyone also updated to Version 3.0.0 and does have similar issues?
