Hello Instant On Community,

A service advisory has been issued for a very small number of Secure Gateway SG1004 units regarding a boot-up and Cloud Portal Authentication issue.

Those with impacted SG1004 units are advised to open an RMA request with the HPE Networking Support Portal.
