    Hi all

    I'm trying to onboard this AP12-RW.
    It was used on another site but not removed logically because of lack of knowledge: after stopping activities this AP was just unmounted.

    I tried the factory reset procedure (reset button with paperclip) and the device was 'ready for setup'.
    After that, the device got an IP lease and I could access it through the webUI.
    In the online portal I created a site and tried to add the device but I keep getting this "Located on a network used by another site" error.

    This is the first time that I use this kind/brand of AP.
    What am I missing?
