Instant On - Wired

Hello Community Members,

I have multiple Aruba 1930 series switches all of them 24-port PoE. I upgraded 1 of the switches from Firmware 3.2.09 (working fine) to 3.2.25. Now the PoE is not working and I have 2 flashing Yellow lights on the right side of the switch. These are the top & bottom LEDs on the right side.  I was unable to upload the video to show the blinking lights, however uploading a screenshot that show the LEDs illuminated

I tried to reset the Switch, however it has not solved the problem. Unable roll-back the update and my entire security cameras are down as PoE is not working. 

Need help, guidance & support on how to resolve this issue.

The PoE module has failed. Please proceed with hardware replacement.
