I'm using these at home and have two AP-25s set up in my house.  Ever since migrating from my old UniFi APs (U6 Lite) to the Instant-On APs, my main Wi-Fi SSID loses connectivity with the internet several times a week at random.  Sometimes it comes back in a few minutes on its own, but most of the time I have to reboot both APs at the same time to get everything back up.  I have 4 SSIDs currently set up, my main which is 5GHz only, another one on the same subnet that's 2.4GHz only, a guest network that's 2.4 and 5GHz, and then a test network with the SSID hidden that I set up last night as a temporary troubleshooting step.  My APs are at current firmware (3.2.0).  It seems to be JUST the 5GHz SSIDs that are connected to my main network that are the issue.  The 2.4 that's on my primary network could possibly be disconnecting as well, but since our computers are on the 5GHz SSID I haven't been checking them while I'm rebooting the APs to get everything back up.  I have tried setting my main SSID to 2.4 and 5, but that hasn't changed anything.  Creating a new 5GHz SSID to test with ended up having the same problem.  These are connected to a KeepLink 2.5Gb PoE switch because it doesn't appear that there are any Instant On PoE switches that are capable of 2.5GbE.  Are there any logs I can get from these APs to try and see what's going on?  I'm happy to screenshot my SSID configs and upload them as well.

The 1960 8p Gigabit CL4 PoE  4p SR2.5 CL6 PoE PN S0F35A is what you are looking for from Instant On portfolio.

Random problems are the worst kind to troubleshoot.

It can be cables, PoE power, ...

It is very strange for Aps to get into unresponsive state. Can you see what is happening on switch ports? If you still have support available, I'll suggest to open a TAC case so support can look into the problem.

It's odd because they don't go completely unresponsive.  It's just those two SSIDs.  My guest SSID and my 2.4 GHz only SSID appear to be working when this happens.  Oddly enough, it hasn't happened in a few days.  But, I did make a changes to the port configuration on my PoE switch to enable Flow Control on all occupied ports (which it doesn't appear that the APs support) as well as hard-set the port speed on everything instead of letting them auto negotiate.  I have opened a case, just waiting for them to reply.
