Wireless Vlan not seeing all networks

    I have a AP11d, AP22 and a 1830. My default wireless client machines and APs should have access to all VLANs, I think? I have a wired VLAN for TVs and a Wireless network that the TV's VLAN can see and vice-versa. Why can't my default wireless network see the TV's network? Maybe this is not the correct way to ask but more info is below.

    Vlan TV's 192.168.20.x. 
    Default wireless 192.168.138.x.
