Hi,
When I had to reset my switch, I had to hold the reset button for quite a while, more than 5 seconds.
It might be worth unplugging the switch from power , for at least 30 seconds, then attempting one more factory reset , as per attached screenshot ( see highlighted part at bottom end of screen shot).
If that does not work, I'd suggest trying to contact HP support via one of the phone numbers of this page:

Hello. Today i was configuring one of my 1930 switches (i never touched its config) through web access. It poped up the installation sign of a new update and when i applied it, the switch stopped working. Only turn on lights of the fiber ports but nothing else, i can't even factory restore the device.
