I have a simple network with a few JL684B switches on release 3.0.0.0 and some AP15 access points on release 3.0.0.1.
I set up two wireless networks, one for corporate use, and the other is a guest portal. Both are working fine, except for one thing. I can't get the Application categories to block properly.
The way I set it up is, in the list of categories, I set the action to allow, and then unchecked the categories I don't want to allow, such as Adult, Explicit, Malicious, etc. But sites on these categories are not being blocked. I followed the steps as far as I can tell, and tried both in the web app and on the mobile app.
Any idea what might be wrong?
