Same issue here, but it would be great to find the Chat option... Been on all portals that exist (too many) including the support pages that tell me to use the chat option but nowhere I see this option... So can someone tell me on which page is that Chat ...

The "Power Consumption Dashboard" feature has been reactivated and should be viewable in the Instant On mobile app and web portal. We thank you for your patience while our team investigated and fixed this new feature.

We have temporarily suspended the 'Power Consumption Dashboard' in our latest R3.3.3 release to quickly resolve an unforeseen technical issue that was impacting cloud management responsiveness. Ensuring your networks remain stable and easy to manage is our top priority.
The team is already working on a fix, and we will bring this feature back as soon as it meets our performance standards.
