I have an HPE 1960 12XGT 4SFP+ switch installed at a customer's site.
They're reporting frequent disconnections from the local server they access via RDP.
We've observed that all devices connected to the switch completely lose network connectivity for a few seconds, as if the ports they're connected to were turning off and then back on shortly after.
I kept a continuous ping to the switch's IP, and when the disconnection occurs, there's no packet loss instead, I get a "general failure" message, as if the network cable were physically unplugged.
What could this issue be caused by?
