Hello.

I'm trying to add a new AP25 to an already existing site, but the device search never finds it.

To troubleshoot I tried adding it to a different site that we have set up, we've got a few as we're an MSP. The 2nd site finds it just fine. So I tried a 3rd, and that works fine too!

Can someone help!

That first site will just not find this AP. I factory reset it and the result is the same. The web interface says it is Waiting to be onboarded...

How many devices are there in first site, is it a max device count issue.. more than 50 devices ?

Can you please share the local web page of the AP when on boarding fails, also the LED color when the issue happens.
