  • 1.  Continuous synchronizing status

    I have three AP11's in my network and even after the latest firmware update was applied, I have two AP's that continuously show a State of "Synchronizing..." while the third unit shows "Online. However, the Health of the two units that won't synchronize shows "Good". See attached image. What could be causing this?

    I am also experiencing this but only on one of my sites. The site with the issue is doing for only the 3 AP11D units, the 1 AP12 and 1930 switch say Online. The sites that are good, are also running AP11D.

    I've also restarted the two units without success.

    Same for my case. I have 2 x AP11 - one acts as router + ap; another one as ap. The "router + ap" is always continuously showing a State of "Synchronizing...while the "ap" is just show "Online" 

    I have attempted to restart the "router + ap" at least 2 rounds, without success to resolve.

    Both are on Version 3.1.0.0

    So clearly this is a known issue that HP needs to address!!!!

    Just try to change one element of config (rename a device or a client for example), this should solve your issue.

    Same problem here, but renaming a device or a client doesn't work. Have you another tip ?

    You can try to remove the device from the site and add it back. This should do the trick.
