Hi everyone. I am having so much trouble spinning up ONE vlan. I have unifi wireless for a guest said with vlan 12 tag…in the Aruba instant on switches I created vlan 12 and tagged ALL ports on the switches. My firewall I have the interface created. The firewall is not even seeing traffic come from that subnet. I have done multiple tests and it seems the Aruba switches are not routing properly. I am managing them via the cloud so there aren't many options (I can't do a ip helper, or set the gateway for the vlan)….what am I missing? This normally is a 30 min thing to spin up a vm. I've spent 6 hours so far. The devices are just getting 169 addresses…I even untagged the wap ports to see if I could force them to get a ip on the guest vlan. Nothing. They just stick to their default IP. The switches are messed up somehow. Please hel

    Hi Andrew,

I suspect some issue relating to DHCP service as you mentioned the switch has 169 IP address.

Instant On switch should get an IP address and able to reach internet for onboarding.
