I'm having a problem with my old login. I haven't been able to log in for months. I can access all other HPE services without any issues, like the Instant On portal, the support page, etc.
Unfortunately, I can't access the community. It always shows "Account Disabled."
Why?
I've contacted support several times, but they keep telling me to wait because there was a problem. I've been waiting for over six months now.
Can anyone help?
