hello members,
I have 2 Aruba 1930 series switches 24 port (PoE) both on separate networks running software version 2.8.1 I have been unsuccessfully trying to upgrade the software to 3.3.0.9.
Steps followed:
a) Connected the Win 11 Pro laptop directly via Ethernet to 1 of the downlink ports of the switch. Software version shown is 2.8.1
b) I try to upload file to STARTUP CONFIGURATION
c) It gets stuck at DOWNLOADING for more than 30 minutes.
d) I have tried updating the software to 2.90.53, 2.91.17, 3.0.0.12, 3.1.09, 3.3.0.9 & 3.3.25
Every time the same issue fo it getting stuck at DOWNLOADING.
Need guidance on how to update the software of the Aruba switch.
