I am trying to power a pair of KuWFi 300Mbps Wireless Bridge devices from an Instant-On POE switch. The bridge devices work perfectly when powered by 24v power injectors, but the switches do not seem to recognize that something has been plugged in when trying to power the device directly from the switch. I have tested with multiple switches with identical results. The switches I have tested with include two different 1930 24G POE switches and a 1930 48G POE switch. I have successfully run this model of bridge from other manufacturers' POE switches. Power budget is not the issue.
Are there any configuration options that cause a port to supply power regardless of the connect state? The injectors are a reasonable workaround, but they prevent me from remotely restarting the bridges remotely.
