we have about 20 1960s in our environement, on 3 of them we have some ip telephones randomly restarting 2 or 3 times a day
our provider wants us to check logs on the involved switches, but because they are cloud managed i could not find a way to get access
what options do i have, anyone knows? all i could find so far is "switch to local managed", but then i need to factory reset them on their way back to being cloud managed or contact support for log files
