Instant On - Wireless

Hi, 

I use 2 AP11 in my house for each floor level in my house. 

I've problem with high latency but only with 1 AP which is located in the 2nd level in my house. The other one which is located in my 1st level is normal. 

In the 2nd Floor AP, I have 9 IOT devices which can only connected to 2.4GHz and 2 clients (iPhone 11 and Macbook Pro) connected to 5GHz. 

This is my 2nd Floor AP Stats.

At the moment I have no idea what the problem is.

But perhaps this idea will help to identify the problem. I would reduce the number of clients so that you only have one client on the faulty AP for the time being. This way you can ensure that another client is not affecting the latency.

It is also not clear to me whether you are experiencing the problems with latency on both networks (2.4 and 5 GHz). This might be another attempt to narrow down the problem.

I also use 2.4 and 5 GHz simultaneously on my APs. I use a different SSID for each frequency range. This means that each SSID only has one frequency range. How have you solved this?

Hi, 

I'm just having the online session with the support and they helped me a lot. 

First, they asked to turn off the WIFi Transmitter from my Mikrotik Router which is identified as Rogue. 

Second, they asked to set the 5GHz power to High only. 

Until now, the latency is normal already. Still monitor it until tomorrow to test whether it's already been solved or not.
