Hi,
I have tried to contact Aruba by phone with no success.
I have two problems with my network. I have a AP11D in router mode (with PPPOE connection). Connected to that I have an unmanaged 16 port switch and connected to switch have I two AP22.
Problem 1.
I can't see any of my wired devices on the AP11 - it's like they don't get an IP address from DHCP server. I can only see the wireless devices - see screenshot. Maybe it's me doing some stupid stuff - then I apologize up front. :-)
Problem 2. I have a 1 Gbit Fiber in the house and I can't pull more that approx 400 Mbit. I'm wired direct into the AP11D from my laptop. Before Aruba I have had a Mikrotik and an Ubiquiti router and the download was about 900 Mbit. I guess that it could be related to problem one, but I can't find a solution.
Hope you guys can help or maybe Aruba support can support me.
