Instant On - Wireless

Hi All,

We have an AP11D model. We gotten this AP from someone else.

We tried to add this AP to our Instant on Portal but to no avail.

We tried to reset the AP by press and hold the reset knob for 5-10 seconds. But still unable to see the Access point.

Is there any way without deleting this AP11D from the exsiting site which i not sure is from whose account and be manage by a new site which is my instant on portal account?

Try hold the reset a little longer 15 to 20 seconds or try the instruction in the manual below
