i did an installation with a 8-port 1830 switch. From this switch I go to an unmanaged D-link switch as I only had 1 UTP and I needed to connect a digibox for TV and an AP22.
Because of this setup the AP is powered with an external power cable and not with PoE. I notice through the management portal that the AP is rebooting multiple times per day.
Is there a way to get more info why it reboots remotely or do I need to go back onsite to check switch connection/AP by going to the webpage of the devices themself? (i can't do a VPN or so)
I know support ones told me to enter the device IP in a browser to get more info but i would like to avoid going back onsite without having more info to investigate at first.
