Hello All,
I've recently notice people talking about the new update causing issues so I open the app and notice one of my AP hasn't been on since 9 day ago. I have unplug and replug but it's solid red with a quick amber flash. The AP is power PoE from 1930 switch. Troubleshooting I have done:
Unplug and replug
Unmount it and brought it directly to switch and plug in different ports
Working AP switched ports works fine on PoE
Plug directly via AC cord still solid red with amber
Tried to reset to no available
Tried to console into AP from laptop with miniusb to USB but couldn't.
Bought it in 2022 is it RMA possible? What can I do from here?
