  • 1.  App doesn't have Advanced option gear

    Hi there, I'm using the latest app version, and I don't have the dots/gear in the header on the Networks panel. I'm trying to get to Shared Services, in the hopes that I can enable Airdrop on my network.

    Are the user manuals wrong?

    Hey Sylvia,

    We reviewed the manual, and I can confirm that the manual is correct. Shared service is only available when at least two wired networks are configured. Otherwise, there's a display issue in the app
