Instant On - Wired

I have similar issue with this thread, but I'm not sure is the issue has been resolved?

I have setup two untagged VLAN on my aruba 1930 switch.

VLAN2 - Port 1 to Port 8
VLAN1 - Port 9 to Port 24

And the same two untagged vlan setup on my HP switch.
VLAN2 - Port 1 to Port 8
VLAN1 - Port 9 to Port 24

Port 1 and port 9 from HP switch connected to firewall.
Port 2 at HP switch connected to 1930 port 2, and port 10 at HP switch connected to 1930 port 10.

Now, the VLAN1 on aruba 1930 is not function when the both port 2 and port 10 are connected, until I disconnect cable on port 2, then only VLAN 1 function.

Anyone can advice on this?
