Hi Alex,
I recently upgraded my locally managed "non-poe 1830s" to 3.0 and must have been lucky, as my passwords did not break.
I did a bit of searching, in Chapter 9 of the 1830 config guide ( from 2022), https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/InstantOn_1830_Switch/InstantOn_1830_MCG_222r.5.pdf ,
there is a mention of POE ; but it looks like the guide has not been updated yet for the "rebranding".

I got tired of googling so I just reset to factory default and reconfigured.
Did notice that the UI doesn't show if POE is enabled in the port display, as it used to....
So, from where I sit, seems rebranding the UI is more important than not breaking functionality.

After upgrading to firmware version 3.0 on my HPE Networking Instant On 1830 8p Gigabit CL4 PoE 65W JL811A switch both my admin users get "Invalid username or password"
Am I the only one seeing this and is the only option doing a factory reset (and hope for the best) ?
Thx
Alex
