Switch configuration can be backed-up with local management.

How can it be done for cloud managed switch and if not, are there any plans to add this capability in future versions?

This is useful for switch replacement.

For the cloud managed switches, the configurations is stored on the cloud and every time a change happens configs synced.

For switch replacement scenarios, if there is an offline device we can use replace option (as shown below) workflow which will get the new switch onboarded with the same previous configuration.
