Hi All
We have a site running 7 x AP22's and some 1930 switches. On one AP specifically, the client is having issues with several iPads and iPhones that will continuously lose connection. They will be on the network one minute and then show "no internet connectivity" against the SSID but I can still see the device on the I-ON portal with a self assigned IP. After a moment or 2, it comes back again.
I have been to site and cannot fathom this out, it is working perfectly for me with no issues at all. The system is running the latest firmware for I-ON, we have a DrayTek router in place and it is a carbon copy of every other install we have done and never experienced this.
Does anyone have any suggestions, it's not like the device is dropping off the WIFi, just losing its IP address and self assigning.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
