AGREED but it's even larger industry resetting of professional to only if we feel like it 

• You can't get entitled by the HPE Aruba resellers (who don't have training anymore) to speak with HPE Aruba presales
• You can't open any presales or "advisory" case to help narrow down product selection. 
• The overseas help desks are restricted to break/fix best effort. 
• Moderation takes 24 hours for posts without any linke or keywords that should be automatically posted, then moderated if a complaint or a spam. 
• Legacy vendor consolidation while new OEMs with no frills are taking a bulk of sales like t p link, ubiquiti and now netgear business  and many others
