I have some AP11, and I would like to know if it is possible to disable their DHCP server, and let my final router distribute the IPs to users connected to the Arubas wifi network.

Yes, that is possible to do, and the settings is available on the cloud portal or the Instant On Mobile app.

Go to the wireless network, IP assignment option and select same as local network which will allow wireless clients to get IP from the local network DHCP.
