That is all ok,
What is not ok, is that i get a notfication from my old app and when i open it it says it is outdated and has a link to the new app, (load from App Stgore / LOad from Google Store) which is simply not functioning, I get then a message: This app is not in your region available
You habe to search manually, this is not written in your great FAQ. You can be sure that you will get more questions about this
If you want a smooth transition of users, you should at least post a working link in your outdated app and not somehting which is clearly to this point not working
I don't know why a big company like HPE is not able to provide a working link in the outdated app
Other smaller developers arer able to this

Subject: Mobile App for 3.3 not availabe in my region
Hello Thorror,
As posted in our 3.3.0 upgrade FAQ, and previous communications to users via email, the mobile app, and social media, users will need to download the latest version of the app if they have not done so already. Due to the brand change and how the mobile app stores work, this is a manual process. Our engineering and communications team has been transparent about the app change as this change was implemented during software release 3.2.0
Thank you!
