My apologies, I wasn't sure where to place this because of my inexperience with these devices. However I was able to find the multicast option behind an "advanced options" button that avoided my gaze and now everything is working just fine.

The Airheads community might be a better place for your question, because your APs are not Instant On. But you could try this:
Configuration -> Networks -> choose your SSID -> Show advanced options (on the bottom) -> in the Broadcast/Multicast section, set the option "Broadcast filtering" to disabled.
Might be worth a shot.

Subject: Multicasting being filtered?
Hello, I'm, rather new to using Arubas. I have a dealership that was using old Arubas that never needed to be touched. I replaced them with 505s recently and this broke a local instant messaging system they were using. The IM seems to use multicasting and I was wondering if the Arubas filter this. When I was on the old Arubas to note the settings that I could mirror in the new ones, I didn't see much - probably due to my inexperience. I can see more options on the 505s, but I'm not finding anything on multicast. Unfortunately I don't have the old Arubas anymore to dive back in to find what I may have missed. Any advice would be highly appreciated!
