Hallo!
I have an Aruba 1930 48 Port PoE and 4 AP22 for my home network that I have chosen because of the seemingly easy administration. I have several IoT-devices that I want to separate from my internal network. Some of these still need access to some hosts in my internal network. So I have configured a wireless and a wired network for the IoT-devices that are configured as an employee network and imposed the restriction that the hosts in the network only get access to the internet and 2 IP adresses in my internal network. But those restriction block any traffic from and to the 2 internal IP adresses anyway. Even ping doesn't get replies. When I remove the restrictions completely the hosts in the network aren't unreachachble anymore and the connections work as they should. How can I put the network access restrictions properly?
I use the Aruba app for ease of administration and don't want to switch to local switch administration if I can help it. A lenghty Internet research was to no avail unfortunately. Please advise. Thank you very much!
