How can I update the software from a 1960 switch which is not cloud managed? Where can I find the software files?
Cloud mgmt is not an option...

Under the Maintenance menu there's a Backup & Update files webpage. You can follow the instructions from there. Also posted to the link above is the Management and Configuration Guide which is a good reference doc.
