Instant On - Wired

Is there some trick to getting the time and date to save?  I have a 1930 and 2 1830's.  So far they will save all my settings except for the time and date.  I'm using the web interface, not the app, and I'm setting the time and date manually.  The same thing happens even if I don't touch the time and date.  If I leave them at what they were when the switch starts up, then reboot after a while, they still reset.  I've chatted with support and they're supposed to email me with what to try next.  But I thought I'd also ask the community.  Thanks!

Well, according to Aruba support, NTP is the only way to keep the time and date accurate.  I'm disappointed and a bit shocked.  I've never heard of a managed switch that can't do something so simple.  This is my first, and probably my last, experience with this line.

I shared this concern with my PLMs due to there being no current resolution for this concern. We appreciate your feedback on this issue and will keep you updated if there's a fix in the future for this.
